The first thing we build, before any marketing

Your business, written down properly.

Every engagement starts here. We learn how your company actually works and record it in one document that everything else is written from.

Agencies guess, then call it strategy

A new agency typically gets a logo, a website login, and a 30-minute kickoff call. Then they write about your business for the next twelve months. Everything that makes you different lives in your head, and none of it reaches the page.

  • Copy that describes your trade but never your company
  • The wrong services promoted because nobody asked what is profitable
  • Claims you would never make in person
  • Your best selling point missing entirely because it never came up

No vague retainers, no mystery line items

What goes in the file

History and ownership

How the business started, who runs it now, what changed along the way.

Services and products

Everything you sell, in your words, including what you have stopped offering.

Who you are not for

The jobs you turn down and the customers who are a bad fit. This shapes the copy as much as the rest.

Buyer objections

The questions people ask before committing, and the honest answer to each.

Proof

Licences, certifications, years in business, warranties, affiliations. The things you can actually back up.

Voice

The phrases you use, and the ones that make you wince.

The part other shops do by hand, once a month

How we keep it current

The file is not a kickoff document that gets filed away. It is the input to every writer and every automated system we run, so it has to stay accurate.

Read before every piece of work

Nothing gets written for you without it being read first. That is enforced by how the system is built, not by someone remembering.

Updated when the business changes

New service, new licence, a truck added, a location opened. It goes in the file and every future page reflects it.

Yours to keep

You get a copy. If you leave, it goes with you.

What is actually true about your business.

The things people ask before they call

Fair questions, answered straight.

You're a small team. What happens when you're busy?

The repeatable work does not depend on anyone's calendar. Monitoring, reporting, and drafting run on a schedule whether or not someone is at a desk. What needs judgment gets a person's judgment, and that is deliberately the smaller half of the work.

Isn't AI-written marketing generic?

It is, when it is written from the open web. Ours is written from your Business Intelligence File, which is why it names your equipment, your service area, and your actual guarantee. That is the whole reason Intelligence Management comes first.

Does anything go live without a human looking at it?

No. Reports and drafts generate on their own. Anything that touches a client-facing surface, your site, your Google profile, your ads, your email, stops and waits for approval. That rule is not a preference, it is how the system is built.

Will you work with anyone?

No, and we would rather say so early. We take on businesses that are ready to grow and prepared to commit to the work, because this compounds over months rather than days. If you are not there yet, we will tell you instead of taking the money.

Before you get in touch

Business Intelligence File, answered.

How long does it take to build?

Most of it comes from one or two conversations plus a review of what you already have. The first version is usually ready within the first two weeks, and it keeps growing from there.

Do I have to write it?

No. We interview you, read your existing material, and draft it. You correct it. Correcting a draft is far easier than filling in a blank questionnaire, which is why we do it that way.

What if I disagree with something in it?

Then it is wrong and we change it. The file has no value if it does not sound like you, and you are the only person who can confirm that.
