For the call that comes in after everyone has gone home
AI automation that answers when you can't.
AI that answers your phone and chat, then sends each job to the right person. A human handles prices and complaints.
The job goes to whoever answers first
A call at seven in the evening rolls to voicemail. A web form sits in an inbox until Monday. By the time anyone calls back, the customer has booked the next company on the list, and nothing in your reports shows it happened.
- Calls after five go to voicemail and stay there
- Web leads wait in an inbox until someone checks
- The same lead typed into two systems by hand
- One person remembers every follow-up, until they go on vacation
- A phone menu that still lists people who left
No vague retainers, no mystery line items
What we set up
An AI front door for calls and chat
A voice agent picks up, asks the questions your trade needs answered, and captures the job. The same intake runs behind a chat box on your site. This is iM Dispatch, our own product.
One owner for every job
Jobs route by service area, then skill, then who is on call. The technician accepts or declines by text, so each job has a name on it.
Phone menus and after-hours routing
Menus, call queues, ring groups, and voicemail on your business lines, changed when your hours or your team change.
Leads in the CRM you already use
Calls, chats, and web forms land in one place, so nobody types a lead in twice. Leads from your ads are tracked through to the booked job, so you can see what each campaign brought in.
Follow-up on a schedule
Reminders and review requests built as workflows in your CRM, so they go out whether or not anyone remembers.
Custom tools when nothing off the shelf fits
Our client dashboard, iM Dispatch, and this website were all built in-house. The same work is available for a job your current tools cannot do.
The part other shops do by hand, once a month
The rules every tool runs on
A tool that talks to your customers is part of your business, so it gets the same rules we use to run our own agency.
One job per tool
Each agent does one thing: answer, route, draft, or report. A tool with one job is easy to test and easy to switch off.
Prices and promises wait for a person
We build every tool so that anything committing you to a price, a date, or a refund reaches someone on your team first. Replies to an upset customer wait for a person too.
Live phone changes, one field at a time
A routing change is live the second it saves. We copy the current setting first, change one field, then read it back to confirm nothing else moved.
Checked after it ships
Scheduled jobs report in every morning, the clean runs included, so a tool that quietly stops gets noticed within a day.

The things people ask before they call
Fair questions, answered straight.
You're a small team. What happens when you're busy?
The repeatable work does not depend on anyone's calendar. Monitoring, reporting, and drafting run on a schedule whether or not someone is at a desk. What needs judgment gets a person's judgment, and that is deliberately the smaller half of the work.
Isn't AI-written marketing generic?
It is, when it is written from the open web. Ours is written from your Business Intelligence File, which is why it names your equipment, your service area, and your actual guarantee. That is the whole reason Intelligence Management comes first.
Does anything go live without a human looking at it?
No. Reports and drafts generate on their own. Anything that touches a client-facing surface, your site, your Google profile, your ads, your email, stops and waits for approval. That rule is not a preference, it is how the system is built.
Will you work with anyone?
No, and we would rather say so early. We take on businesses that are ready to grow and prepared to commit to the work, because this compounds over months rather than days. If you are not there yet, we will tell you instead of taking the money.
Before you get in touch
AI Automation, answered.
Can it make mistakes?
Yes. That is why each tool has one narrow job, is tested before it goes live, and hands off to a person when a call goes outside that job. A tool that guesses is worse than voicemail.
Will it replace my office staff?
No, and we would not sell it that way. It covers the hours nobody is at the desk and the typing nobody enjoys. Judgement calls stay with your people.
Do I need new software?
Usually not. We connect what you already pay for first. If your current system cannot do the job, we will say so and explain what it would take.
What does it cost?
iM Dispatch and custom work are priced per job and listed as add-ons on our pricing page. You get the number in writing before anything is built.
