The short version: we collect what you send us through this site so we can reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not share your text-message consent with anyone, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
Information you give us directly through a form on this site: your name, email address, business name, phone number if you choose to provide one, and whatever you write in the message field.
Basic technical information that arrives with any web request: the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and your browser’s user-agent string. We use this to tell real submissions from automated ones and to understand which pages people actually use.
What we do with it
- Reply to your enquiry.
- Store it in our customer records so we have a history of the conversation if you become a client.
- Keep a backup copy in a separate system, so a failure in one place does not lose your message. Both copies are treated the same way under this policy.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Text Messaging Opt-In Data
We will not share or sell your text messaging opt-in data, consent, or related personal information with any third parties, unless required by law.
Providing a phone number on our forms is optional. You only receive calls or texts from us if you tick the consent box, and ticking it is never required to submit a form. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Service providers we use
Running this site and our business means some data passes through providers acting on our behalf: website hosting, our customer relationship system, our email provider, and our analytics. They process it only to provide their service to us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate: which pages get read, which do not, and where people arrive from. We do not use this to build advertising profiles of individual visitors on this site. Your browser settings can block cookies, and the site still works if you do.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of doing business together, and client records for as long as we work together plus the period our accountant and the tax authorities require. Ask us to delete something and we will, except where we are legally required to keep it.

- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw text-message consent at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email.

Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
