For the owner who can't tell which ad made the phone ring
Analytics that counts the phone calls too.
We count your calls and web leads where they happen, then show you which ad or search brought each one in.
Most tracking counts clicks and loses the calls
Tracking on most small business sites was set up once, by whoever built the site, and never checked again. It counts page views and button clicks. It misses phone calls, which for a lot of trades is where the work comes from, and it drops the source somewhere between the form and your inbox. So the monthly report says traffic is up, and nobody can say which of it turned into a job.
- Google Ads and Analytics report different totals for the same month
- Calls from your ads that no report ever shows
- Web leads that arrive with no source attached
- Spam and test messages counted as leads
No vague retainers, no mystery line items
What you get
Analytics and Search Console in your name
Google Analytics and Search Console set up or repaired, with the actions that bring you work counted as conversions. The accounts belong to you, and we are added as a manager.
Calls counted from call records
On phone lines we manage, and on iM Dispatch, each call is counted from the call record. A click on your phone number only shows that someone tapped it. The record shows the phone rang, for how long, and from which number.
Every lead in one list
Form leads and online orders are recorded as they arrive. Spam and test entries are marked as such and left out of every count we report to you.
Ad leads followed to the booked job
Where your job software allows it, leads from your ads are tracked through to the booked job, so a campaign is judged by the work it brought in.
A dashboard you can open any day
Search, ads, and your Google Business Profile in one place, refreshed daily. Every retainer client gets a login.
The part other shops do by hand, once a month
What keeps the numbers honest
Tracking breaks without telling anyone. A redesign drops a tag, a form gets swapped, a phone number changes, and the report keeps showing numbers that look normal. So the checking runs on a schedule.
Six sources, pulled daily
Search Console, Analytics, page speed, Bing, backlinks, and on-site behavior land in the dashboard every day.
Broken pages caught from real visits
When a visitor or Google lands on a page that no longer exists, the hit is logged. Each month the pages that are still broken come to us as a list to fix.
Indexing checked weekly
Every week we re-check whether Google has indexed the pages you need found. A monthly report shows which ones moved.
A check on the checks
A monitor pointed at a page that has moved still reports normally. So the index check first confirms each page it watches still loads, and raises an alarm when one does not.

Fair questions, answered straight.
You're a small team. What happens when you're busy?
The repeatable work does not depend on anyone's calendar. Monitoring, reporting, and drafting run on a schedule whether or not someone is at a desk. What needs judgment gets a person's judgment, and that is deliberately the smaller half of the work.
Isn't AI-written marketing generic?
It is, when it is written from the open web. Ours is written from your Business Intelligence File, which is why it names your equipment, your service area, and your actual guarantee. That is the whole reason Intelligence Management comes first.
Does anything go live without a human looking at it?
No. Reports and drafts generate on their own. Anything that touches a client-facing surface, your site, your Google profile, your ads, your email, stops and waits for approval. That rule is not a preference, it is how the system is built.
Will you work with anyone?
No, and we would rather say so early. We take on businesses that are ready to grow and prepared to commit to the work, because this compounds over months rather than days. If you are not there yet, we will tell you instead of taking the money.
Before you get in touch
Marketing Analytics and Call Tracking, answered.
Why do Google Ads and Analytics show different numbers?
They count different things. Google Ads credits a conversion to the day of the ad click, while Analytics records it on the day it happened, and each one sees visits the other misses. When we report a number, we say which system it came from.
Do I need new software?
Usually not. Google Analytics and Search Console are free. If your phone system or CRM cannot report what we need, we will tell you what it would take before you pay for anything.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your Analytics, Search Console, and ad accounts are set up in your name with us as a manager. If you leave, you remove our access and the tracking keeps running.
What does it cost?
The dashboard comes with every retainer plan. Call and lead tracking setup is priced per job and listed as an add-on on our pricing page. You get the number in writing before we start.
