Is this a sales call?
It is a conversation about your business that may end in us working together. What it is not is a slide deck, a scripted pitch, or a junior reading a qualification checklist. You will be talking to Mike.
Is 15 minutes really enough?
For the first conversation, yes. It is enough to look up where you stand, hear what is not working, and decide whether a longer conversation is worth either of our time. If it runs over because it is going somewhere, that is fine.
What should I have ready?
Nothing. It helps if you know roughly where your leads come from now, but we can look up everything else while we talk.
